Biology Lab

Mantora provides the best facilities for the practical and theory as well. We have well furnished laboratory where we help the students carryout practical based on syllabus and related to the environment. We prepare the students to take on competitive exams through theory classes based on activities. They get thorough knowledge of the physiology, anatomy, and morphology of plants and human beings.

We give thrust mainly on medical and medical-related areas where the students can search for their careers. We conduct evaluation tests on a regular basis to know the weaknesses of students and bring them up through extra classes. Students are not allowed to take any stress in Biology as the subject deals with various life stages and functions.

Multimedia Lab

Mantora is accommodating well established and fully furnished Multimedia lab. It provides the audio-visual aids to the students and their activities. Students can view the CDs/DVDs of various activities. Various DVDs on the subjects included in the syllabi of different levels can be viewed such as Social Studies, Maths, Science, Geography, Linguistics etc. We are providing seminars to senior students about various topics with the help of multimedia aids.

Sports Ground

We follow the concept of exposing young people to many sports over their years at the school and also to become dedicated to one or two major sports in order to experience the reward of very high-level competition. Our teams are very successful in well-coordinated fixtures locally as well as nationally. The sports program is compulsory for all in order to develop their fitness, physical skills, versatility, and sense of fair play. Major sports include cricket, hockey, football, badminton, karate, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, athletics and boxing. To inculcate sportsmen spirit, discipline and an aura of healthy competition the school is divided into four houses. Every house strives to be the best. Inter-house matches, debates, and other competitions are a regular feature of M.P.S.

Kid-Zone

A fedder unit to the main school and acting as home away from home. This wing initiates, grooms, nurtures and prepares the child for his formal school education. Our Kid zone is fully equipped with Montessori apparatus and other equipments to facilitate stress free learning. Audio-visual room and Activity block make school a happy place for toddlers.

Chemistry Lab

Mantora has well well-stocked and well-equipped chemistry lab where students can experiment with what they have learnt in theory. Students are prepared based on higher-order thinking skills. Chemistry includes two divisions viz. organic chemistry which is explained through quick revision charts and Inorganic chemistry is comprehended through chemical reaction and transition. We discuss the numerical widely in the class to keep the students informed about the mathematical and numerical authenticity.

Students use chemical balance for weighing and the titration is done. We prepare the students for competitive exams giving emphasis on the significance of chemistry in future courses. Evaluation Tests are conducted regularly to have an estimate of the level of students and if found weak, we provide compulsory remedial classes.

Physics Lab

Mantora accommodates well well-equipped Physics Lab which prepares the students to take on future competitions smoothly. Students can do practical without stress on the basis of their theory. State-of-the-art technology makes Physics more interesting and valuable. Latest electronic devices are used to provide wide coverage that makes the students comprehend and grasp the complex system easily.

Physics, being the center of all technical education, is made simple through modern learning processes. We try to bring conceptual coherence and use easily understandable language without sacrificing the rigor of the subject. We recognize the weak students during the course of learning and evaluation tests and we streamline them with extra remedial classes.

Maths Lab

We at Mantora give special attention on Mathematics and have a well-designed Mathematical Lab. We, first, develop the concept and then prove it on the basis of numerical ability. Students are opportune to improve their quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability.

We emphasize on mental math to improve their calculative power. Certain tasks, based on fast calculations, are also assigned so that the students feel comfortable in the competitive exams where time is a limiting factor. The use of various formulae is well explained so that they feel comfortable in Math. In modern time of competitive environment, students are taught with the Answer to Question approach instead of traditional approach. More emphasis on the use of linguistic understanding is given to comprehend the practical problems thoroughly.

Music Lab

School maintains well equipped Music Lab which caters to the needs of modern day. Students are prepared in both the categories of music-instrumental & vocal.

It has a collection of all major instruments that help students to learn music and follow it as their hobby and adopt it as their career. Talents` hunt is done at all levels to help them choose their profession. Music club prepares the students to take on Inter House or Inter School Competition. Music Lab helps to bring out the latent potential and hidden talent of students individually and in groups. Music Lab plays a key role in the presentation of stage performances.

Computer Lab

A good collection of educational software, touching multifarious subjects, is available in the labs for the use of teachers and students. Technology brings a boost in all areas and Mantora Public School has imbibed it in all possible ways to set the educational standards of a different equation. The curriculum incorporates teaching learning methodologies which facilitate the process and break the monotony of traditional learning. The students are updated with the latest modes of technology and are kept in tune with the current system. The exposure provided to the learners is maximized by the use of PowerPoint and audio and visual presentation, which make learning a stimulating and intriguing experience. The campus-wide broadband e-connectivity has facilitated learning in all perspectives. The use of online encyclopedias and reference material in the library has also contributed immensely in the learning process. Students have developed basic skills like typing and formatting in MS Word. The advanced features of MS Word have been introduced to our learners. The use of MS Excel for making tables and graphs is emphasized. The students are acquiring the skills to work more comfortably on internet. Our middle school learners have got familiarized with the creation of their e-mail IDs and designing of web pages.
