If any student is withdrawn, he/she will have to pay school dues as per the following rules NO CONCESSION SHALL BE ADMISSIBLE—a fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for the issue of T.C. after the Annual Result may apply for the same in the prescribed form available in the office.
1. Parents requesting for T.C. of their ward, should submit an application with a clearance certificate duly completed, to the school office at least 7 days in advance.
2. Once the T.C. has been prepared/Issued by the school, and the student seek re-admission will be treated as a new admission. This will involve full payment and admission fees.
3. Fee is charged for the whole month irrespective of the date of a student’s application for TC (2nd,3rd or 17th of the month).
4. Class X students applying for TC must submit their clearance certificate before 31 March However, The TC will be handed over along with proof of mark sheet after the declaration of the result. Class X students applying for TC after 31 March will be charged a fee up to 30th June. Class X Students attaining compartment in CBSE Board shall have to pay the fee up to September.
